It is mainly used to determine biochemical indicators such as enzymes, sugars, lipids, proteins, non-protein nitrogen, inorganic elements, and other biochemical indicators, as well as body function indicators. Common biochemical tests can be divided into two categories: enzyme activity detection and substrate or product detection. Common detection indicators can be divided into several categories: oxidation and antioxidant series, nitrogen metabolism series, sugar metabolism series, liver and kidney function series, etc.

 If there are many samples, the cycle will be extended accordingly; if there are special samples, the corresponding fees will increase.

The feasibility of the experiment will be evaluated based on the information provided by the customer. The price will also vary depending on the difficulty of the experiment. Please consult the technical service personnel for detailed information.

The kit is provided or purchased by Byabscience, and the kit fee is calculated separately.

Sample requirements

1. Customers need to provide fresh or properly preserved samples to be tested, preferably liquid samples (cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenate, serum, plasma, urine, pleural effusion, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.);

a) Cell culture supernatant: centrifuge to remove precipitate and collect supernatant.

b) Serum: After the blood is naturally coagulated at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm) and collect the supernatant. If there is precipitation, centrifuge again.

c) Plasma: EDTA, sodium citrate or heparin should be selected as the anticoagulant according to the requirements of the kit, add 10% anticoagulant (0.1M sodium citrate or 1% heparin or 2.0% EDTA.Na2) and mix for 10-20 minutes, centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm), and collect the supernatant. If there is precipitation, centrifuge again.

d) Tissue homogenate: It is recommended to grind with liquid nitrogen and add protease inhibitors.

e) Cell homogenate: it is recommended to add protease inhibitors.

2. Customers need to provide detailed information of the samples to be tested: such as species source, sample type, etc.;

3. Customers need to provide biochemical test kits, or use the kits produced by us, or purchase them on behalf of us;

4. Transportation requirements: Samples should avoid all kinds of contamination and repeated freezing and thawing.

Service Description

1. If the experiment fails due to the biochemical test kit provided by the customer, the losses caused by this shall be borne by the customer.

2. Customers shall be responsible for the materials and information provided. If the materials and information provided by the customer are inaccurate, the delays or economic losses caused by the experiment shall be borne by the customer.

3. We guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the experimental results, but due to the uncertainty of scientific experimental results, we do not promise whether the experimental results meet expectations.
