        Immunolabeling technology is to label known antibodies or antigens with some substances that are easy to measure and highly sensitive, and to show the antigen-antibody reaction in the reaction system by detecting the enhanced amplification effect of the marker, thereby indirectly measuring the presence or absence or amount of the antigen or antibody being tested. Antibody labeling is mainly used for the localization analysis of antigens. In some cases, it can also be used to quantitatively detect antigens in samples mixed with a large number of other molecules. Since antibodies have a high affinity with their corresponding antigens, antibodies with easily identifiable markers can locate and analyze antigens, and are an ideal, fast and inexpensive quantitative determination method.

Antibody labeling service content:

Enzyme (HRP) labeling: Enzyme-labeled antibodies are formed by connecting enzymes to specific antibodies by appropriate methods. They have a wide range of applications, and the results are immediately visible and highly sensitive.

Fluorescein (FITC) labeling: Fluorescent pigments are one of the most commonly used markers for labeling antibodies. Fluorescein can emit light after proper excitation, so as to know the location of antibodies and the distribution of antigens to be tested. It is mainly used for cell sorting or high-resolution immunostaining, and is a very good method for precise positioning at the subcellular level.

Biotin labeling:

The biotin labeling reaction is simple, mild and rarely inhibits antibody activity. Covalently binding biotin to antibodies is a very simple and direct labeling method.
